We moved to north Lincoln in June of 1961 and started attending St. Mark's Church that same weekend. We “officially” joined as members later in the year.

Two years later, as we struggled through the death of our eight month old son, Rev. Swartz and the fellowship of St. Mark's helped us with the grieving process by putting us to work on projects in the church. This helped us to grow in faith, hope and love.

During our 45 years of membership at St. Mark's, we have continued to work in many different areas of the church, with each activity bringing renewed faith, new friends and fellowship. This has allowed us to reach out and share God's love.
